What is SCR? CR stands for Selective Catalytic Reduction. It's a process that removes pollutants from an exhaust stream. The most common pollutant that is controlled through a SCR process is nitrogen oxide (NOx).

What is DEF?

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a liquid that reduces the amount of air pollution created by diesel engines. DEF is a mixture of urea and de-ionized water that is injected into the exhaust system of diesel vehicles. The vehicle's heat turns the urea into ammonia, which turns the harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) gases into nitrogen and water. This system is called Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR).
DEF is made up of 32.5% urea and 67.5% de-ionized water. It is also known as AUS 32. DEF is different from diesel fuel and has different manufacturing, sales, transport, storage, and usage.
If you run out of DEF, most systems will not allow you to start the engine. For example, diesel trucks will not start until the fluid is refilled.

Currently, our DEF urea has passed the testing in Amalgatech, SGS What is Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)?

SCR technology uses a catalyst system to break down dangerous NOx emissions from diesel engines into nitrogen and water. The chemical reactions used in the SCR system require a constant feed of ammonia gas. In automotive applications, SCR delivers ammonia using a urea solution called Diesel Exhaust Fluid(DEF).

Q1: Is the SGS test report available for each shipment if I buy from you? 
A1: SGS test report will be free with quantity above 100 tons.

Q2: Can we print our logo on the 1-ton bag? 
A2: Sure, it's workable, the order quantity should be above 500 tons. Meanwhile, please note that it will take a longer time to get the goods ready if we print a new bag.

Q3: Will it be okay if I only order 1 ton? I will buy with FCL if all is going well. 
A3: We can provide a free sample within 2KG for your testing, it's not cost-efficient to deliver 1ton, but if you have other cargo shipped from China recently, we can transport 1ton to your loading place.

Q4: I experienced caking problems when I bought urea from another supplier several months ago, does your urea have the same problem? 
A4: I'm sorry that you had such experience. The caking problem has something to do with the temperature and the moisture, so storing it in a dry and ventilated place is better. This will reduce the possibility of caking. And even if there is, most of the time, it's not real caking, it still can become free-flowing after shaking and a slight squeeze.

Q5: I am interested in your DEF pump, what is the minimum order quantity for it?
A5: There is no MOQ for it.
