1.Q: How to confirm the product quality before placing orders?
You can check our certificate of analysis, besides, we can also provide samples for you to test.
2.Q: How do I start an order or pay?
Proforma Invoice with our company bank details will be sent to you once the order confirmed by email. Goods will be prepared after
received payment within 1-3 business days.
3.Q: What is the delivery time?
It depends on order quantities;
Sample delivery time: around 7-10 days;
Bulk goods delivery time: around 30-45 days;
Generally it is 15 days for our currently product. For most products, we have 3-5 tons in stock, and can deliver you the goods
immediately.
4.Q : What are the Payment Methods?
There are 3 payment methods: Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer (T/T)
A. For samples or small orders less than US$500, can be paid by Paypal;
B. For order amount between US$500-US$20000, can be paid by Western Union or Back Transfer (T/T);
C. For big order amount over US$20000, it is suitable to pay by Back Transfer (T/T).
5.Q: What Currencies Do We Accept?
Generally speaking, we accept three currencies: US dollar, EURO and RMB.
However, for easy checkout, we preferentially advise US dollars for transaction.
6.Q: How do you handle quality complaints?
First of all,our quality control will reduce the quality problem to almost zero. If the quality problem is caused by us, we will
compensate you for the loss.
