What is melamine moulding compounds
Melamine moulding compounds ( thermosetting plastics) are amino moulding compounds composed of melamine formaldehyde and alpha cellulose as filling material with the addition of lubricant , hardening agent & pigments.
Thermosets offer many advantages over basic thermoplastics and are suitable for compression , transfer or injection moulding. Theyare produced in a precise, brilliant, light fastness and vibrant range of colors They are available in powder (which gives muchbetter surface) or granular form.

Melamine moulding compounds are strong , glossy , very durable and highly resistant to staining. They have better resistanceto heat, solvents, chemicals, moisture, electricity and scratching than urea moulding compounds.
UF1l-09 series of products use UmC which has processed by hot-granulation process. This
granulous injection moulding compound has smooth and fine surface as well as well-distributed color,
with high production efficiency and stable performance. it is suitable for manufacturinc the insulation
structure of household appliance,low-voltage apparatus, and instrument which have to go through
complex and difficult moulding manufacturing and hard mould pressing process
