High Humidity Resistance and Bending Strength Foundry Cold Box Resin Iron Casting, Steel Casting
Cold core box resin is developed for mass production industries such as automobiles, tractors, internal combustion engines, electromechanical and pipe fittings, and is suitable for efficient core making operations under different production conditions. According to different catalyst types, it is mainly divided into amine cold box resin and SO2 solidified cold box resin.

 

 

The resin sand process of medium amine cold box is the main process of cold box core making, which can be used in the production of cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metal castings. The amine cold core box resin system consists of three components, component I is phenolic resin solution, component II is polyisocyanate solution, component III is tertiary amine catalyst, the catalyst is usually triethy\amine, dimethylpropylamine and so on.
