5. Character: It is white flake, easily soluble in water. It's hygroscopic in the damp, decomposing to hydrogen chloride and
magnesium oxide in a high temperature.
6. Usage: It can be used as nutrient supplement, skin care products(likd magnesium oil), coagulator, stabilizer. It can also be used in making bean curd. Using brine(solution of magnesium chloride) to make bean curd is far better than using gypsum. It also can be used as food additives in other food industries.
