Tert-butylphenolic resin 2402 is mainly used in the preparation of adhesives, especially chloroprene adhesives, which can improve the heat resistance and bonding strength of adhesives, and can also be used in the production of paint, rust resistant paint, ink and tape.  It is also butyl rubber, butyl chloride rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, diolefin rubber, ethylene propylene rubber and other vulcanizing agent, especially for the vulcanization of butyl rubber, sulfur rubber has small deformation, good heat resistance, high tensile strength, small elongation and other excellent properties. 

Use  
When used as vulcanizing agent, the reference dosage is 5-10 parts, and the activator metal chloride or halogen-containing polymer is used in combination. 

This product is a vulcanizing agent for rubber such as butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and butyl silicone rubber, especially for the vulcanization of butyl rubber, enhancing the heat resistance of butyl rubber. It has excellent properties such as small deformation, good heat resistance, high tensile strength, and low elongation. It is used for manufacturing heat-resistant butyl rubber products. The recommended dosage is 5-10 parts.
This product is used for producing chloroprene rubber adhesives. This resin has compatibility with chloroprene rubber and the prepared chloroprene rubber adhesives can increase the heat resistance temperature of the adhesives and enhance adhesion. It is particularly suitable for shoe adhesives such as chloroprene graft adhesives, and its performance is comparable to imported similar resins.
In the paint industry, it can be used as a raw material in products such as exterior magnetic paint, floor paint, marine paint, anti-rust paint, water-based ink, and thin-layer anti-rust oil. When heated with drying oil, the nitrocellulose paint has good gloss on the coating film, has water resistance, weather resistance, ultraviolet resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation properties. It is also used as a vulcanizing agent, reinforcing agent, and tackifier in the production of polyester insulation tapes and oil pipe anti-corrosion tapes, enhancing the performance and lifespan of the products. This product also has broad prospects for development in other industrial products.
