What is melamine moulding compounds
Melamine moulding compounds ( thermosetting plastics) are amino moulding compounds composed of melamine formaldehyde and alpha cellulose as filling material with the addition of lubricant , hardening agent & pigments.
Thermosets offer many advantages over basic thermoplastics and are suitable for compression , transfer or injection moulding. Theyare produced in a precise, brilliant, light fastness and vibrant range of colors They are available in powder (which gives muchbetter surface) or granular form.
Melamine moulding compounds are strong , glossy , very durable and highly resistant to staining. They have better resistanceto heat, solvents, chemicals, moisture, electricity and scratching than urea moulding compounds.

Sure, there are two ways to confirm the color:
(1) sending us sample
(2) inform us the Panton code/Raul color number.

MOQ: 3tons
3. can you send some sample for testing in our side?
Sample within 1kg can be provided free, you only need to bear the courier cost, usually 95$ for 1kg, and you can pay through here online.
4. How long time it takes if i want to buy 1container?
It depends on the order schedule in our production department, the normal time is one week for production.
5. What is your accepted payment terms?
TT or LC, while there will be additional banking charges of 400$ based on LC, pls take this into consideratin.
